What is our password policy?

• Minimum Length: At least 8 characters.

• No Spaces: Spaces are strictly prohibited.

• Character Variety: Must include at least;

  • 1 Lowercase letter.

  • 1 Uppercase letter.

  • 1 Special character.

• Pattern Restrictions: Must not contain sequences or repeats (e.g., "123", "abc", or
  "aaa").

Has q-hub carried out any external or accredited penetration testing?

We have not yet engaged external penetration testing, however it is on our security roadmap. We already hold Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 certification, and have invested significantly in our cloud infrastructure and security posture over recent years. External accredited pen testing is the next step in that progression.
