"Our QMS was, prior to the introduction of Qhub, a very static and quite difficult-to-access system, leading to many processes and procedures not being followed. Qhub has enabled us to make the necessary parts of the system visible to all personnel and to schedule audits to monitor compliance. We are also now able to track and monitor non-conformances and ensure close-outs to drive continual improvements and demonstrate these to our growing client base."
