HSI Donesafe is a no-code EHSQ platform with more than 60 modules, now one of fourteen brands inside HSI. The module count is real and the configurability is genuine. What is not published is a price, or a list naming what those 60 modules are — so this page compares what each of us actually puts in writing.
HSI Donesafe is a trademark of its owner. Shown here to identify the product being compared; Q-Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Read this and you may not need the rest of the page.
You want to build your own workflows without code, you are a large multi-site operation, and you need injury and claims management with return-to-work built in.
You want a published price, a named module list, and ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 stated explicitly rather than "ISO and industry standards".
for the module list in writing and the price in writing. "Over 60 modules" is a count, not a specification.

Neither donesafe.com nor hsi.com publishes pricing — hsi.com/pricing returns a 404. Q-Hub publishes the plan price and what is in each plan, so you can build a case before you book anything.
Their quality module supports "compliance with ISO and industry standards" without naming which. Q-Hub states ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001. If you are certifying, the difference matters.
"Choose from over 60 modules" tells you the size of the library, not what is in it. Q-Hub publishes the list broken down plan by plan.
Their routes are "Discover the platform" and "Take a guided tour". Q-Hub gives you 30 days with your own data, no card.
HSI lists Donesafe among fourteen acquired brands. Q-Hub is the whole company’s product, which is the only thing we sell and the only roadmap we have.
Caldicot Wales, UK
Donesafe has offices worldwide with hosting across four regions. Q-Hub is in Caldicot, Wales, on UK time.
A count is not a capability. Here is one process end to end: an ISO 9001 audit scored clause by clause, with the nonconformity raising an NCR straight into the corrective action workflow.
Cases where we would tell you to choose them, because a comparison page that never concedes is not worth reading.
Their no-code platform lets teams configure workflows, notifications and forms without development. If you have the appetite to build and maintain that, it is real flexibility.
Injury and claims management with built-in return-to-work support is a named module group. Q-Hub does not offer claims management.
Chemicals and SDSs with QR codes, risk assessments, approvals and automated revision control. Q-Hub offers COSHH assessment templates, not an SDS library.
They publish an Environment, Social & Governance module tracking sustainability KPIs. Q-Hub covers environmental compliance, not ESG disclosure reporting.
Set your team size and see the Q-Hub price. HSI Donesafe publishes no figures, so nothing on their side is estimated — their column quotes their own site.

Q-Hub figures are our published prices. HSI Donesafe does not publish prices, so nothing is estimated on their side — their column quotes their own pricing page, read 2026-09-22.
HSI Donesafe is a capable EHSQ platform and the no-code claim is not marketing. Configurable workflows, notifications and a centralised database genuinely let a team shape the system without development work, and the module groups cover health, safety and environment, chemical safety, risk and compliance, injury and claims, quality and supplier, and ESG. For a large multi-site operation with the appetite to build, that flexibility is worth a lot.
Two things are worth knowing before you shortlist it. The first is commercial: there is no published price on donesafe.com, hsi.com/pricing returns a 404, and the routes in are a guided tour or a demo. The second is specification: "over 60 modules" is a count, and the six groups named on the homepage are groups, not a list. When their quality module says it supports "compliance with ISO and industry standards", it does not say which — and ISO 27001, the only standard named anywhere, is their own hosting certification rather than something the product manages.
Donesafe is also now one of fourteen brands inside HSI, alongside training businesses and learning platforms. That is not a criticism, it is a fact about roadmap attention. Q-Hub publishes its price, names its modules, states ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 explicitly, and is the only thing the company makes.
What a move actually involves.
A no-code platform means your configuration is yours. Ask what comes out, including the workflows you built, and in what format.
Documents, audit and inspection history, incidents, risk assessments, training records and supplier data, mapped rather than flattened.
Two to four weeks in parallel before switching off.
We have not migrated an HSI Donesafe tenant end to end.
“Qhub provides a visible, intuitive way to manage data and workflows, revolutionising our approach to operations”
“Qhub helps us to... proactively use our QMS... and increase efficiency”
“Really made a difference with providing compliance during audits – both regulatory, customer, and internal.”
“QHub has supported us in achieving a higher compliance rate.”
“We can't believe how fast we were able to get it up and running.”
“Managing NCRs are now so much easier”
“Where was this 2 years ago... we're blown away”
“Qhub has improved our safety management system no end, making it very efficient”
“We use it for as much as possible.”
Q-Hub connects to your existing tools via REST API, webhooks and SSO, with bespoke connectors on request. More integrations coming soon.
Each certification and commitment, with the detail behind it.
They do not publish it. donesafe.com has no pricing page and hsi.com/pricing returns a 404; the routes in are "Discover the platform" and "Take a guided tour". Q-Hub publishes £85, £245 and £530 a month with implementation included.
Their homepage says "Choose from over 60 modules", grouped into Health, Safety & Environment; Chemical Safety; Risk & Compliance; Injury & Claims Management; Quality & Supplier; and ESG. The individual modules are not listed. Q-Hub publishes its module list plan by plan.
Their quality module says it supports "compliance with ISO and industry standards" without naming which standards. The only ISO standard named on the site is ISO 27001, and that is their own hosting certification rather than a standard the product manages.
Donesafe is one of fourteen brands listed on HSI’s family of brands page, following acquisition. The product is sold as HSI Donesafe.
Yes — they list UK regulations including the Health and Safety at Work Act, COMAH and COSHH, and have offices worldwide with EU hosting. Q-Hub is UK-based, in Caldicot, Wales.
If you want to build and maintain your own workflows across a large multi-site operation, Donesafe. If you want quality, health, safety and environment configured for you, at a published price, with the ISO standards named, Q-Hub.
BSI, the UK national standards body, publishes guidance on integrated management systems covering ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 together, on the basis that shared processes reduce duplicated audit and documentation effort. Donesafe covers the ground but does not name the three standards; Q-Hub does.
Both are published on our site. Book 30 minutes to see it configured against your own processes, or start a 30-day trial.
